We jump in a red taxi and drive 15 minutes around the coast to the medieval Kotor, population 13,000, nestled in a dramatic fjord like bay along the Adriatic Sea. Its fortified wall built during the Venetian period and the old town is a UNESCO’s world Heritage site.

An exhilarating three-hour fast boat adventure from Perast to the famous Blue Caves for swimming and snorkeling was fun and memorable.
Perfect Perast
After a two-hour Transavia flight from Orly Airport in Paris, we land in Tivat, Montenegro. To be honest before planning this holiday, I wasn’t sure even where Montenegro was!
A 40-minute drive from the airport and we’re at the picture perfect, small (277 population), idyllic seaside village of Perast.
